John Vincent Mulvaney III - Co-Founder & President
John (Jack) brings a focused, trading-oriented background to his role as President and Co-Founder at Principes. He currently serves as an options trading analyst at XR Trading, where he specializes in derivatives strategy, market analysis, and risk management.
Maxym Vasylechko - Co-Founder & Vice President
Maxym brings a diversified background spanning futures trading, private equity, real estate, and investment banking. He developed his early foundation in derivatives through options strategies before expanding into index futures, building a disciplined, market-driven perspective.
Nouri Sabbahi - Executive Advisor
Nouri is from the Netherlands and brings an international perspective to Principes. His involvement in the financial markets began early and evolved from initial curiosity into disciplined, structured experience.

From Trading Community to Founders' Circle
Principes was initially created as a passion project - a way for John and Max to connect with traders around the world, compare strategies, and grow as operators. But by mid-2025, it became clear that something much bigger was emerging.
After dozens of international conversations with floor traders, fund operators, and institutional practitioners, the mission evolved. Principes was no longer just about markets - it was about building a next-generation founders' consortium.
A club of disciplined young men across trading, real estate, finance, and entrepreneurship who:

Principes is intentionally anti-flash.

Code of Ethics
All members and visitors of Principes Club must uphold the club's standard, as mentioned in the Member Handbook, of etiquette and behavior at all times. Each member should carry themselves with integrity and poise in public and private. Defamation in speech, gossip, unfaithful language, and hostility are strictly prohibited. Each member must present themselves in a clean, put-together fashion. The club's specific dress code may vary depending on the event or location.
